There is no open registration for Student Members. Student Members were only able to register with a scholarship and scholarships have all been allocated. Please join us for WiCyS Virtual 2026, held April 22–23, which does not require a scholarship to attend. You can view the virtual conference page HERE.

If you have graduated and are no longer a student, contact info@wicys.org to upgrade your membership and pay the difference to become professional membership which will allow you to register. Membership types can be found on the WiCyS website.

As you complete the registration, the information you enter such as Name, Title, and Corporation/Organization/Institution will be used for printed and digital conference materials showcasing your session. Be sure and enter the information as you wish it to appear.

By registering you are accepting this scholarship, and you agree to attend the entire conference. You are expected to arrive in the DC area by 11:59 pm Eastern time on the night of Wednesday, March 11 and not depart the conference until at 2 pm Eastern time on Friday, March 13 at the earliest.

Please note, there will be multiple optional pre- and post-conference activities that will start March 11 and end March 13 by 4 pm at the latest. These are optional. The first required attendance event will be Thursday morning keynote.
