  • Team pricing applies to attendees from the same organization, agency, or corporation.
  • Participants can come from different locations or departments as long as the parent organization is the same.
  • Convert previous individual registrations into a team purchase if your organization upgrades to a qualifying team size within closure of regular registration.
  • One point of contact per team for communication and administration with flexible attendee assignments.
  • Registrations must be submitted together and billed under one invoice.

Q: Do all team members need to register at the same time?
A: No, Team pricing is applied under one invoice and registration can be completed by one person or each team member.
Q: Can names be changed later?
A: Yes. Organizations may substitute names up to 14 days before the event at no charge.
Q: What if we already have one or two registered individually?
A: Convert previous individual registrations into a team purchase if your organization upgrades to a qualifying team size within closure of regular registration.
