Sponsorship Levels

Sponsorships are a vital part of helping make our annual conference and events impactful and are greatly appreciated.   SAT reserves the right to combine contributions from more than one sponsor to offset costs of certain items or events. Sponsorships are in addition to exhibitor fees unless stated otherwise below. 

Red Diamonds are the rarest of all diamonds in the world. Like those precious gems, Red Diamond Sponsors are extremely rare and particularly treasured by our Association. A Red Diamond Sponsor shall be entitled to:

  • Includes multiple adjoining booths prominently located in the exhibit hall with choice of one of the following options:
    • (A) two deluxe 10’x10’ exhibit booths adjacent to the raffle/silent auction area, or
    • (B) up to five premium booths along the center isle located near the raffle/silent auction area, or
    • (C) up to eight contiguous booths shaped to form a peninsula, at least two of which are premium booths located near the entrance path or along the center isle
  • Booths include up to 12 complementary staff/personnel registrations
  • Special recognition/General Session presentation opportunity during the conference
  • Elite sponsorship recognition at the annual conference and throughout the year at other events hosted by SAT
  • Prominent display of sponsorship signage/logo during conference events and annual display on the SAT website, app, and magazine
  • Reserved sponsor table and recognition at the annual banquet (if desired)
  • Board meeting invitations/presentation opportunities at and after conference

Blue Diamonds are incredibly rare and highly cherished. Like those gems, Blue Diamond Sponsors are very rare and highly valued by our Association. A Blue Diamond Sponsor shall be entitled to:

  • Includes multiple adjoining booths prominently located in the exhibit hall with choice of one of the following options:
    • (A) two deluxe 10’x10’ exhibit booths adjacent to the raffle/silent auction area, or
    • (B) up to six contiguous booths, with up to four premium booths and four standard booths located near the raffle/silent auction area, or
    • (C) up to six contiguous booths, at least two of which are premium booths located along the entry path
  • Booths include up to 10 complementary staff/personnel registrations
  • Special recognition/General Session presentation opportunity during the conference
  • Elite sponsorship recognition at the annual conference and throughout the year at other events hosted by SAT
  • Prominent display of sponsorship signage/logo during conference events and annual display on the SAT website, app, and magazine
  • Reserved sponsor table and recognition at the annual banquet (if desired)
  • Board meeting invitations/presentation opportunities at and after conference

Diamonds are of high value and are easily recognized as one of the most sought-after gems in the world. Like those gems, Diamond Level Sponsors are highly valued by our Association. A Diamond Level Sponsor is entitled to the following:

  • Includes multiple adjoining booths prominently located in the exhibit hall with choice of one of the following options:
    • (A) two deluxe 10’x10’ exhibit booths located adjacent to the raffle/silent auction area, or
    • (B) up to four contiguous premium booths near the raffle/silent auction area, or
    • (C) up to six contiguous booths, at least two of which are premium booths located along the entry path
  • Booths includes up to 10 complementary staff/personnel registrations
  • Special General Session recognition opportunity during the conference
  • Elite sponsorship recognition at the annual conference and throughout the year at other events hosted by SAT
  • Prominent display of sponsorship signage/logo during conference events and annual display on the SAT website, app, and magazine
  • Reserved sponsor table and recognition at the annual banquet (if desired)
  • Board meeting invitations/presentation opportunity at or after conference

Platinum is one of the rarest metals on earth and is highly valued. Like the metal, Platinum Level Sponsors are rare and extremely valuable to our Association. A Platinum Sponsor is entitled to the following:

  • Includes multiple adjoining booths prominently located in the exhibit hall with choice of one of the following options:
    • (A) up to three contiguous premium 10’x10’ exhibit booths located adjacent to the center isle, or
    • (B) up to one premium 10’x10' exhibit booth and three adjoining standard booths, or
    • (C) up to five contiguous standard 10’x10' exhibit booths
  • Booths include up to 8 complementary staff registrations
  • Sponsorship recognition at the annual conference and throughout the year at other events hosted by SAT
  • Prominent display of sponsorship signage/logo during conference events and annual display on the SAT website, app, and magazine
  • Reserved sponsor seating and recognition at the annual banquet (if desired)
  • A board meeting invitation/presentation opportunity at or after conference

Presidential sponsorships involve a high-level partnership value that offers significant visibility and benefits for the sponsor, to include:

  • Includes multiple adjoining booths prominently located in the exhibit hall with choice of one of the following options:
    • (A) up to two premium 10’x10’ exhibit booths, or
    • (B) one premium 10’x10' exhibit booth and two adjoining standard 10’x10' exhibit booths, or
    • (C) up to four contiguous standard 10’x10' exhibit booths
  • Booths include up to 6 complementary staff registrations
  • Sponsorship recognition at the annual conference and throughout the year at other events hosted by SAT
  • Prominent display of sponsorship signage/logo during conference events and annual display on the SAT website, app, and magazine

Premier sponsorships involve a heightened degree of partnership value that offers significant visibility and benefits for the sponsor, to include:

  • Includes one of the following booth options:
    • (A) one premium 10’x10’ exhibit booth and one standard 10’x10’ exhibit booth, or
    • (B) up to three 10’x10' standard exhibit booths
  • A 25% discount on an additional booth rental (if desired)
  • Booths include up to 6 complementary staff registrations
  • Sponsorship recognition at the annual conference and throughout the year at other events hosted by SAT
  • Prominent display of sponsorship signage/logo during conference events and annual display on the SAT website, app, and magazine

Gold has highly valued elements and is a desired precious metal. Like the metal, Gold Level Sponsorships are highly desired and valued by our Association. As such, Gold Level sponsors are entitled to the following:

  • Includes one of the following booth options:
    • (A) one premium 10’x10’ exhibit booth, or
    • (B) two standard 10’x10'exhibit booths
  • A 20% discount an additional booth rental (if desired)
  • Booths include up to 5 complementary exhibitor registrations
  • Sponsorship recognition at the annual conference and throughout the year at other events hosted by SAT
  • Prominent display of sponsorship signage/logo during conference events and annual display on the SAT website, app, and magazine

Throughout the ages, silver has played a pivotal role in shaping economies. At SAT Silver Level Sponsors also play a pivotal role in helping our Association better serve our members. Silver Sponsor are entitled to the following:

  • Includes one premium 10’x10’ exhibit booth
  • A 15% discount on an additional booth rental (if desired)
  • Booths include up to 4 complementary staff registrations
  • Sponsorship recognition at the annual conference and throughout the year at other events hosted by SAT
  • Prominent display of sponsorship signage/logo during conference events and annual display on the SAT website, app, and magazine

Bronze is awarded to qualifying competitors for excellent performance and is recognized as having high value and honor. Likewise, Bronze Sponsorships are held in high regard and valued by our Association. A Bronze partner is entitled to the following:

  • Includes one standard 10’x10’ exhibit booth
  • A 10% discount on an additional booth rental (if desired)
  • Sponsorship recognition at the annual conference and throughout the year at other events hosted by SAT
  • Prominent display of sponsorship signage/logo during conference events and annual display on the SAT website, app, and magazine
  • Conference event sponsorship designation and recognition
  • Prominent display of sponsorship signage at the annual conference
  • Recognition listed on the SAT website, app, and magazine
